Along with their 28 Dance Boot Camp instructional DVDs, they have also produced a series of 12 volumes titled "Figure Clinics With Curt & Tammy" available online. This educational series is set in a clinic style teaching format dealing with the execution and lead of many figures in various rhythms.

They are on staff at numerous weekend events around the U.S., Canada, Germany, Australia, Sweden and Japan.

Curt and Tammy are currently on the Board of Directors and have served as both Vice President and President of ICBDA (International Choreographed Ballroom Dance Association). They are members of Roundalab, where they serve on the committee for the Phase V & VI Figure Standards. They are also members of DRDC, and leaders of National Carousel Club #32. They received the ICBDA Golden Torch Award for outstanding contributions to Choreographed Ballroom Dancing in 2009 and have six Hall of Fame dances.

Curt & Tammy say that they are blessed to be able to do something they love, but that they could not do it without the help of God. They are very grateful for all their friends around the dance world, and the opportunity to travel in hopes of giving something back to this great activity that has given them so much enjoyment.

What is Choreographed Ballroom Dancing?

Choreographed Ballroom Dancing is a form of Ballroom Dancing where each piece of music is uniquely choreographed, and the entire dance floor is dancing the same steps at the same time.  Dance routines are cued so that while dancing, one hears the name of the next dance figure just before it needs to be executed, removing the stress of trying to think of what comes next.

Dance routines conform predominately to international ballroom standards and consist of all dance rhythms – Waltz, Foxtrot, Bolero, Rumba, Cha Cha, Tango, West Coast Swing, Jive, Paso Doble, etc. Many routines have been written to all rhythms using ballroom figures of all levels.

Choreographed Ballroom Dancing provides personal, non-competitive enjoyment.  It provides a source of mental and physical exercise, social interaction and personal challenge. The music is exciting and captivating, and the choreography allows one to not only hear, but to experience the music.
